     In the event that an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, we will make every effort to notify you at least 24 hours in advance. We kindly ask that our guests extend the same courtesy by notifying us of any changes to their appointment with as much notice as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

      If you are on a tight schedule or have time constraints, we encourage you to check in with your stylist ahead of your appointment to ensure everything is on track.
